Instructions:

1) Please download and print out the appropriate lease agreement;

2)  Fill in the desired arrival and departure dates. Please note the check in and check out times.

3)  Using the rate sheet, please calculate your rent and include in the rent line.

4)  The tax fee would be 10.5% or 11% of the rent depending on the resort.  (for example a rent of $500 would be $500 X .10 = $50).

5)  Add the rent, tax and cleaning fee and write into the total, this will be the total payment for your stay.

6)  Please fill in your total contact information including number of guests. If paying for by credit card, please include this information.  The deposit can be collected via the credit card.  We do not charge the card, however, hold the numbers per the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.

7)  Fill in the arrival and departure dates along with the total payment again on the second page. The second page includes the terms of rental for your stay.

8)  You have two options to secure the booking. 1) send the signed agreement and a $200 check or money order directly to the remit to address on the agreement. or 2) include your credit number and initial the space provided giving us authorization to charge the card for security/damage deposit and your stay.  To expedite, please fax the agreement to 770-720-6315 and use your credit card to secure the deposit and pay for your stay. (we accept VISA or MASTERCARD only)

10) The full payment is required two weeks prior to your check in date.  If you use the credit card, we will automatically charge the card approx 2 weeks prior unless instructed otherwise by our guest. Please note, if the desired dates are within 15 days of today's date, we either need the full amount in the mail, or we can charge your Visa or MasterCard for your stay.

11)  The keys or key codes will be sent directly to you as soon as we receive the signed contract and rent paid for in full.
